Start to make canvas of 500X500 px click rounded rectangular
tool.Set radius:30 px in order that side of quadrangle more smooth.
Make a box in the canvas ,click menu layer >rasterize >shape to
rasterize this object.

After receiving
a basic shape,we will colour the aqua bottom with gradation
color.Because the theme is about aua so it will be better if we
choose Blue Gradation.Click menu layer > layer style > Gradient

Set the
arrangement as follow:Blend Mode:Normal , Opacity:100 , Style:Linear
, Angle:90 , Scale:100
For the
gradation of colour,choose two colour. First colour (Left side:
#A4D3FF) and the second colour (Right side : #004C93).Compare with
illustration that wou want.

Now,your Aqua
buttn will be clearer.Then,we will arrange other later style.Click
chceck box stroke and set arrangement as follow : Size:1 ,
Position:Outside , Blend Mode:Normal , Opacity:46 , Fill Type:Color
and color :black.

After that,move
to inner glow by clicking check box inner glow until it`s ticked.Put
following values;
Blend Mode:Screen , Opacity:64 , Noise:0 , Solid colour:white ,
Technique:softer , Source:Edge, Choke:0 ,Size:10

After strole
effect and inner glow is put.The display of Aqua button will give
white bluish impression next step is making sparkling effect on the
button.To do this,we need Rounded Rectangle tool once more.Make
smaller box.But choose white as colour of front ground in order to
the rectangular object is white.

Also rasterized
the image with clicking layer > Rasterize > Shape.Then we`ll setting
up opacity level from this shape layer until 50%.This button can
fill with text for having a good visual sense.Use a HorizontalType
tool to create a text inside the shape.
