The making of
this button start using filter effect composition from adobe
photoshop. Make canvas which size 500X500 with color of the
background is black.
Click menu filter
>render>lens flare. Do this lens flare three times in different
place, You can click on the display tab preview lens flare so the
position of the flare can be adjust.

Than we will
play with polar coordinate. Choose filter> Distort>Polar coordinate
and choose polar to rectangular. Click okay if you finish

Click Ctrl + A to
select all part of canvas and direct to menu edit > transform and
Flip vertical.
To create circle
effect.It is so easy. We just activate polar coordinate once more.
Click menu filter > Distort> Polar coordinate. Now choose
rectangular to polar.
