First of all prepare a canvas with enough size and click rounded
rectangle tool to make new object in canvas. Raster rounded this
rectangle. (Layer > rasterizing > shape)

Multiply, color: Black, opacity: 100
Click check box contour and forward this contour setting:
Half Round, Range: 62.Click check box Inner Glow and do this
setting, Blend Mode: Multiply, Opacity: 85, Noise :0, Solid Color:
#7CCA8B, Technique: Softer, Source: Edge, Choke: 0, Size: 20
Click in Outer Glow and forward this setting, Blend Mode:
Screen, Opacity: 40, Noise: 0, Solid Color: #6EA979, Technique:
Softer, Spread: 0, Size: 27
